General:

The picture of the article in our website is not picture of certain article, which you get, on picture we show example of article, but we made craft of unique materials, so each piece of the same article look a little bit different and have a little different measurements.
When order has been submitted on the website, we can reject it for any reason, but we try to inform you about this reason.
The order process is set out on the website. Each step allows you to amend any errors before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to check that you used the order process correctly.
Contract will be formed, after you receive from us email with confirmation - Order Confirmation. We send order confirmation email in reasonable time, not later than in day of shipping goods to you.
When buying an item, you agree that:

you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.
you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Payments:

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
When you order from EU prices include VAT and there is not additional fees, when you are outside of EU some additional custom fee may appear.
You have to pay in advance by submitting your credit or debit card details, by bank transfer, or by paypal for your order.

Liability for defects of articles:

We have to deliver article compatible with description, otherwise we are responsible for any legal, or physical defects.
